their 68HC08 8-bit microcontroller family. The MC68HC908GP20 has 19,968 bytes of on-chip
Flash memory, which can be programmed during manufacturing or in-circuit. New feature on the 'GP20 is a feature Motorola calls FLASHwire, which allows in-system programming of the Flash memory array. Features
