PHYTEC Enhances its Product Distribution with Acquisition of Monterey Tools Company

Bainbridge Island, WA - October 11, 1999: PHYTEC, a popular manufacturer of miniature Single Board Computers, announces its acquisition of Monterey Tools. This purchase allows PHYTEC to have a direct distributorship for its Single Board Computers and Development Kits, as well as for its tool partners.
