San Francisco - September 27, 2000 - CMP Media today announced it will produce the Communications Design Conference, a new trade show that will deliver leading-edge design solutions to engineers and engineering management involved in the development of wired, optical and wireless communication systems and equipment. Slated for October 1-4, 2001 at the San Jose Convention Center, San Jose, Calif., the conference and exhibition will provide comprehensive coverage of the key technologies that are driving growth in the communications market. The conference will feature eight separate educational tracks spanning the optical, wired and wireless application segments of the market and the exhibition will feature more than 100 leading companies.
